Stop by the library on these days to make a craft or partake in the activity.

 

Spend 5 minutes or spend half an hour. Just have fun!

 

Indoors on the 3rd Floor. Open to kids and teens. Masks required. No registration needed.

Make and wrap the perfect gift or card! A variety of craft supplies, including stamps, paper punches, beads, and more will be available.

Open to all ages. All supplies provided. No registration needed.

Outdoor Baby Storytime

Sing songs, listen to stories, and act out rhymes at this storytime for the youngest of library visitors!
Ages 0-2 years, older siblings welcome. With Ms. Casey

The Fall session will be outdoors when the weather is nice and the "Feels like" temperature is 45 degrees or higher, according to Accuweather. Masks will not be required outdoors. When it is raining, snowing, or the "feels like" temperature is below 45 degrees, storytime will be held indoors in the Roosevelt Room, and masks are required for adults and participants 6 and older, and encouraged for children ages 2-6.

The Fall session begins on September 20 and runs through December 13, except for Indigenous People's Day on October 11. Registration is required, however, you only have to register once.

 

 

Mr. Mark's Storytime (Outdoor Edition)

Zora the Reading Dog

On the Library Patio
Ages 6 & up.

Zora won't read to you but you can read to Zora. Just email Mr. Mark at mmalcolm@minlib.net and he'll get you all set up to have your own ten minute session - just you and Zora. She doesn't care how well you read, she just wants to listen. If you don't have a dog you can have Zora, at least for ten minutes.

Meets one Thursday a month from 3:30-4:30pm

b. Capture stunning photos of beautiful downtown Maynard

c. Possibly get your family to take you on more trips so you can take "vacation" pictures
